How does alignment play a role in promoting high performance?
Alignment of outlook, especially when we consider the needs of the organization, that of its human currency in accordance with their vision, mission and strategic goals, can allow us to understand what it means for the organization in terms of performance and what the strategic management and the human resource management can do in order to align their processes in order to meet the requirement of the organization easily. We can say that there are a number of factors which influence how the organization functions, alignment provides the best possible use of capacity, quantity as well as quality in the same relation. We can say that alignment of goals and capabilities is what creates the necessary factor of consideration for the company to be able to adhere to their length as well as short term goals, and is, therefore, necessary to consider for any business organization as a factor of great importance.
There should also be consideration about the fact that alignment of values and perspectives allows the organization to realize the function of prevention of conflict as well as improving the factor of synergy which has direct implication over the factor of performance and productivity.
