Diversity facilitates the presence of people with different culture, religion, and gender that bring different ideas towards the safe work environment. It makes employers to work on these ideas and ensure that work environment is safe for the employees. Further,  It prevents the domination of one particular culture or ethnicity at the work place and it helps prevention of unnecessary dominance shown earlier without diversity. It makes everybody to show up the original values and work together without any fear. It comes out as a contribution to the building of a safe work environment. So, diversity has a positive role to play in building safe work environment.

Employees have an important role to play. Employees help accommodation of new employees, make the place comfortable for them and build a team with a shared assumptions. It facilitates the formation of strong and inclusive culture in the organization where diversity is promoted and new employees are promoted to work in their capacity to achieve what they are intended to do. It is only possible when employees play a positive role.
