Social dimension of wellness motivates us to connect with other people. In this dimension, this helps us to develop and maintain solid relationships with family, friends who create contributions to social wellness.
Spiritual dimension of wellness empowers us to explore the meaning and purpose of our existence. This involves the establishment of appreciation for our life as well as the natural resources that lives in this world
