Answer: There are various wellness dimensions such as :
The physical wellness dimensions involves the physical activities. It includes mediation, yoga, exercise, walking etc. This improves the body flexibility, stamina as well as maintains the body weight. The physical dimension of wellness enhances the nutrition intake. In this case, the person becomes conscious about the nutrients intake. The food through which the person could get sufficient amount of the nutrients and can meet the daily requirements of the body. So, it includes choosing healthy foods.
The current food intake indulge in the specific consideration such as eating healthy foods, vegetables, low fat and fiber rich foods. These food maintain healthy weight and reduces the risk of disease development. The present diet and health influences the future health outcomes such as eating healthy foods and fruits reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.
Some of the changes that will be made in future is to includes the little amount of the carbohydrates, reduce fat intake. The protein intake enhances the immune system whereas both micronutrients and macronutrients are necessary to indulge in the diet.
