Wellness is the act by which one embraces healthy habit practices that can enable him or her to attain better mental and physical health results. In personal health, there are five main aspects namely: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. In this case, it is significant to ensure that none of these aspects are neglected for a better achievement of personal wellness. In this article, we are going to get into a deeper understanding of these five aspects for a better understanding.

From the picture above we can be able to see that all five aspects play an equal role as far as personal wellness is concerned.

Physical Dimension

Physical dimension means that we should be caring for our body to remain sound all the time.

Intellectual Dimension

  • Growing mentally, keeping up with interest in everything to get the hang of, esteeming deep-rooted learning, and reacting decidedly to scholarly difficulties
  • Expanding information and abilities while finding the potential for imparting your gifts to other people.

Emotional Dimension

  • Understanding and regarding your sentiments, qualities, and mentalities
  • Appreciating the sensations of others
  • Managing your feelings valuably
  • Feeling good and excited with regards to your life.

Social Dimension

  • Maintaining solid connections, appreciating being with others, creating fellowships and private relations, thinking often about others, and allowing others to think often about you
  • Contributing to the community.

Spiritual Dimension

  • Finding reason, worth, and which means in your existence with or without coordinated religion.
  • Participating in exercises that are reliable with your convictions and qualities
