Leadership is an art which is done to motivate the group of people and thus encourage them to achieve common goals . Basically, leadership is the ability to make group of people to work in one direction without forcing them instead boosting them .

Main functions of a leader are :

• coordination
• setting objectives
• encouraging subbordinates
• linking between worker and the management team
• encourage for group goals with individual satisfaction
• many more..

a leader can enhance its leadership by some of the following traits being carried in his behavoiour and work :

• there must be clarity in while implementing and communicating so that vision and objectives are clear.
• he must encourage or boost the one whom he is leading
• best leader not only lead but take all together.
• must push the passion among its collegeues so that they can psh their limit of effort towards goals.
• he must provide proper facilities and check about the decorum of work
• he must be wise decision maker so that without being biased work can be continued.
• he must be visionary about what happened and what can be happened
• he must be dynamic while dealing with the situations
• he must be a good coach , influencer and helpin hand instead of strict boss.

basically, leader must have ,motivation oriented approach towards the subordinates and the collegaues so that they can move towards the group goal with the individual objective and personal satisfaction.

As a leader, he must be aware about the human nature and the prespective how to deal them time to time. This is the motivation , the best tool that can prevent to hinder work.

and to complete the work with high efforts, firstly leader had to encourgae and bood invidual needs to get the objective goals meet.and also leader must ensure that the ethics and morale of company objective are same with what employee possess in them so that there are not contrary to what they are asked for and what they are offering to the company.
