Explain how self-awareness and leadership style can enhance the human resources development and achievement of objectives
The way of doing business has changed a lot from what it was few years back and today the level of competition is very high and intense and in order to succeed, organizations need to be very much unique and innovative in their approach so that they stand out in the crowd as well. As responsible and efficient employees we need to take up responsibilities in the project that will make us better and effective individuals in the organization and help us work effectively as well so that we develop better as professionals and are able to create a visibility in the project and organization. Employees need to lead and they need to accept that they have to lead because in order to sustain there are certain capabilities that individuals need to possess.
If the granular level goals like individual goals, project goals, team goals are achieved the organizational goals will also be achieved simultaneously as well because the process is followed and achievement of objectives become quite easy, effective and convenient as well. The leadership styles applied are very important in this context and it should be applied based on the requirement that will help the development of human resource and objective achievement as well. I personally believe that the leadership is a very important aspect and individuals need to look after the same in order to be successful as well.
