Motivation is an aspect found in individuals that energises self and positively pushes towards their goal. It helps them achieve their goals and attain their objectives. A leader should definitely have the nature of being motivated continuously. A motivated leader will kniw the needs of his subordinates and understand human nature. He should analyse the motivational factors for himself and others.

Rewards and appreciation are best motivating factors for all employees. A good leader will realise to give such identities to the deserving employees.

A motivated leader will be a role model for others sround him. More than being sympathetic he should be empathetic.

Therefore to become an effective and efficient leader one should be self motivated as well possess the nature of motivating others.

High ethical standards ethical leadership in organizations.

Ethical leadership is about knowing ones own ethical values and living according to them in all walks of life. No compromise should be made at any point. Ethical leadership leads to the development of ethical standards in organizations on a global level.

1. Global ethical standards include respecting relationships in workplace. Ethical leaders will cultivate such type of relations. When an employee feels respect in workplace his production will definitely soar high.

2. Ethical leadership involves all in a decision making process and consider their suggestions.

3. To bring an organization to global standards the organizational culture should be nurtured at all level. People with different culture will be present and they should kept on a standard platform.

4. Ethical leaders will always try to bring a win win situation among the employees.
