Charismatic leadership means leadership that inspire and make followers. These leaders are not only skilled or knowledgeable but also able to communicate to followers on a deep, emotional level.They are often people with a clear vision in business or politics and the ability to engage with a large audience. Focus point in this leadership type is "Leader".

Some of the points of charismatic leadership which enhance organization's success are :

• It inspire and bring people to work together for a common cause
• Charismatic-led companies tend to be cohesive because their workers follow the leader which has a clear vision
• Leader can easily convince the people for commitment to a central mission
• They can easily solve the negative conflicts

Some of the points where it may go wrong for organizations' success are :

• Organizations can become fully dependent on charismatic leaders and may suffer if he or she retires, leaves the company, or dies suddenly.
• Charismatic leaders may believe they are above the law, committing financial or ethical violations which will impact organization is wrong way
• Charismatic leaders sometimes become unresponsive to their subordinates or constituents
• Sometimes due to better good of society or his own image as leader, these leaders may divert from organizational goals,mission or vision
