Transformational leadership introduced by James McGregor Burns is a leadership theory where the leader causes change in individuals and social systems. These leaders are visionary and adopt to changes even if they initiate the change. The leader proposes for positive changes in the system whenever they think so.

Responsible leadership is about that process and style in leadership when the leader takes sustainable business decision by taking into account interest of all stakeholders.

They both work properly and as per the need of the company in ethical leadership. Both of these types of leadership believe in ethical leadership and follow it rigorously. Transformational leader makes decision of the organization by innovation and critical thinking with in the ambit of ethical sphere. In the same way responsible leader also take decision responsibly.

Transformational leadership, Mission statement- Making the organization adhere to the latest technology in two to three years. Vision statement- Turnaround of the organization from the present loss =making situation to one of the most profitable venture.

Responsible leadership, Mission statement- Accomplice all the task in the required time for value proposition. Vision Statement- Increasing the value of all stakeholders in the organization which can provide them maximum value.
