In line 345 of this particular section of the
Investigations, Wittgenstein explores the idea of the importance of
language and the purpose it serves. Wittgenstein does through a
what if question about rules and if rules were never obeyed, if
they were never obeyed then the rules themselves lose their purpose
and if the language of said rules serves no purpose then it has no
practical use for people. We use language have an understanding of
the world and the concepts within it, but if the language we are
reading serves no purpose we do not need it for our understanding
of logical space because it would make no sense.
As Wittgenstein trying to say that the people don't use language for what is intended to be instead we use it say giving abusive language"(*•).F(*-)" and think of ourselves that it makes sense as people normally consider this as language these days and then Wittgenstein trying to say that people abuse language and say they've done it by mistake and it can be possible as they can use it in context to this Wittgenstein trying to prove that what if it's possible to make a false movement in game, then it's also possible for everybody to make false move in every game as he trying to say that what if everybody use abusive language in common as if it's possible with you then it can be possible for me too instead of improvising we tend to make similar mistakes like others by saying same words other did to hurt someone's feeling. As order are sometimes not obeyed for abusing. Then what order would lose its purpose we tend to rectify ourselves to improve our language instead of waiting for orders to obey.
