Leadership style of an administrator has positive impact on culture of any organisation. Leader is seen as a growth engine in organisation . Organisation follow the footsteps of its leader and accommodate many such behavior/activities which earlier might not had been part of its culture . Say , if leader follows the participatory leadership style while organisation has a culture of deciding action for downtrodden solely by themselves as they consider the beneficiary unable/inefficient in giving meaningful inputs. But leader can convince the people in organisation by showing examples of how poor people can let them have better picture of thier needs and best possible action for moving them out poverty . Once followed , if becomes successful , this may become part of organisation .

Similarly , if a leader is working for an organisation , he is influenced by prevailing culture in organisation and not necessarily follow his original style . The same participatory leader , if becomes a leader of an organisation where quick decision is of utmost priority then certainly leader will compromise on his participatory behavior and will show some kind of autocratic leadership style.

Similarly , interactions with stakeholder brings out many new dimensions. It may clearly point to renewed requirements of clients which was not been focused upon . Furthermore, interaction also serve as a feedback mechanism and may help in judging the efficacy of ongoing treatments and accordingly organisation can modify the treatment of clients for better efficacy and effectiveness.
