Organizational culture is the ability of an organization to behave, think, and believe in a sustainable pattern and they lead to the creation of an excellent environment. Organizational culture is slow in evolving and maintaining a required momentum is always difficult. So the company needs to put in a lot of effort to create a good organizational culture and also to maintain it for a long period of time. The culture can act a good source of energy for the company and it can drive the required change easily. The focus should be on identifying the company culture and then concentrating on the behavior that is leading to this culture. Balancing the behavior and the company culture can lead to a good organizational behavior. As a manager, I would find the best practices to maintain a good organizational culture and encourage everyone to follow them. I will create a comfortable working environment for all the members of my team where the communication and idea sharing should be very simple. The employees should not feel the pressure and they should always be ready to help each other. I will lead them with an example and show how this can make a positive impact on the team and its behavior. This kind of environment will help in building a good organizational culture.
