Observable culture: is the way things are done in an organization.
Non-observable culture: Values and norms inform workers about what goals they should pursue and how they should behave to reach these goals- basic belief about condition that is important.

The company's corporate ethos reflects the principles that the best IT services should be provided to its clients or private or public clients & business is based on protecting the integrity of its customers data. Business Created a stable business-oriented enterprise with a organizational culture of teamwork, efficiency, and sustainability by defining strategic strategies, priorities, and collaborating with executives at various levels to coordinate organizational priorities objectives through a structured scorecard strategy. Also though each employee in the company had the ability to share their views and viewpoints but key managers took the decisive judgment so that workers could not be blamed afterwards.
There are problems of sexism in this business the director of the firm is woman and the business does not operate adequately but there is no prejudice of any sort in the organization both men and women work similarly. Company does not believe in these gender-related stereotypes, but supports the tale that in fact there are people who have outdone men in industry as well as in other sectors.
