In what ways do you think organizational identity and organizational culture are connected?
How do these differ when looking at the different companies?
Organization identity defines the answer of a question of the organization that who and how they work as an organization and set of statement to be central, distinctive. Organization culture shows the experience, philosophy, workability, values, etc of an organization. These are connected to each other in an organization by the way identity shows that any organization defines and experience themselves by cultural assumption and values and organizational behavior helps to show and reflect the organization identity with organization culture understanding reference so activity, interpretation, and decision making of an organization shown.
The organization identity and culture looking different at different companies, the identity of two companies are different from each other and the culture of an organization also different from each other then they can't be same for two companies because of the values, philosophy, behavior, experience of different companies also differ And shows a different identity in the market.
