Difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation :-

Extrinsic motivation :- it occurs when we are motivated to.play and role to earna reward or to avoid ourselves from punishment .this is used in unpleasant condition that only satisfying you.

Intrinsic motivation :- intrinsic motivation is your self made motivation that comes by heart . In that you don't want any rewards or nothing only you find it pleasurable. You perform it for your own happiness.

Importance of motivation :- understanding motivation gives us an insight enerdy and self confidence that creates and makes us different from all persons. Because it explains in front of us that what are our goals our motives and our strategies whivh we have to perform and confidence on ourselves. In an team performance motivation play an beneficiary role that helps us in management , role selection , finding difficulty and working sincerely at your workplace.
