But there are two types of changes such as positive or negative, The positive change is good for the organization and negative change is bad. the change is very important in a organization because in today's life every organization should be ready to adopt the changes that occurs in the society. The change is very neccessary and help the employees to get adopt the new idea and more learning will be there.

There are basically 2 types of changes-

1- Internal changes- It Involves changes inside the association's control, similar to procedures and frameworks, HR, dynamic, and strategies and methods. The association has full power over these changes. These progressions are by and large started to build efficiency and productivity.

2- External changes- It include political, innovative, social, and market changes that are out of the association's control.
