Let us choose on Turkey, you will look at the changes to be made; I have listed the design, culture, political strategy or set up. Then come up with innovative ways to make these sections be useful changes to be made. A good change when it comes to design..how the products would be sold under various work flows, hence instead of importing the products, again manufacturing them would make a big economic sense for the company in Turkey, hence such like an example.

In this, one would need ton be very innovative in ideas related to business and expansion and therefore choosing countries with a stable market economy and with less business restrictions especially to foreign investors following the fact this would be a foreign business in that country of one's choice as instructed above. Note that an apparel is a clothing industry and therefore, this business would be expanding fashion and design in the country that one would choose. As well understanding that the GCC refers to the Gulf Cooperation Council, which is basically an alliance of six middle east countries including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain as well as the Oman.

Therefore, when it comes to identifying a country, it would be important not to go as far or beyond the Middle East countries region, this would be added advantage in terms distance, culture among other factors which would have been covered easily. For instance, taking this to Turkey, would be an option to choose. The changes that would be needed would include the political set up the organization culture, the design, and other operations, this is because the new country, Turkey, will be a new environment but within the same region of operation .

Explanation:

The changes mentioned have to be looked at further in order to make the right corresponding choices. For example, the political pillar change would as well look at the government laws, rules and regulations when it comes to foreign investments. The registration, business operations license and so on are most of the issues that this change pillar would really help in this case. The design may change following a different culture in Turkey, as well the structure since new individuals will have to be employed in Turkey to take care of the business including the country host employees, hence all these would be important changes to look at.
