For any organization its quite tough to change its organizational culture but its not impossible if you are observing no growth due to current culture which is going on in organization so their is very urgent need to change the culture of the organization. Following are the ways from which an change in organization take place.

Firstly they have to understand the ongoing culture in the organization and then they have to decide that where your organization wish to go frame it's mission, vision and value , also set that how the change in culture is helpful to achieve that vision of the organization. While changing organisational culture you have to be very clear that your current set values is compatible with your current culture and what all other changes require to achieve that set goal in a productive manner.

For making all this changes in the organization you need support from your executive by changing their own behaviour towards the change. Provide proper training to adapt the changes and be productive with the changes. Organization have to keep eye on the activity going on and keep on reviewing them for removing grievances than only an organization is able to adapt changes in their organization culture.
