of one job with the another jobs, enrichment of the job and making
a job to be challenging & motivating for the employees. It
affects the building of a team culture where employees can work
together in cooperation with each other. It is about the
organizational culture. So, it is the job design, that makes a
causal impact upon the building of an organizational culture. It is
the reason the HR function carefully performs job design activities
that help to build an organizational culture as per the broader
strategy based upon the vision. It is the job design that makes
people to share the resource, work together and develop formal and
informal groups. As a result, an impact is made and desired
organizational culture is developed.
