Expert Solution

Organizational behavior dictates why individuals behave the way they do and how to recognize the factors that can be attributed to being the cause, or we can remedy a situation, by making use of our understanding of individual behavior characteristics.

With this understanding, we can say that individuals that are involved in the process of change management should make the necessary use of their understanding of the prevalent culture, have the relevant skills of communication and the proper understanding for situational leadership are all necessary ingredients for the company to be able to facilitate the process.
In order to introduce a change as part of the organization, we need to make sure that the change is forward-facing, or otherwise, the resistance can spiral back to an even active form and make it harder for the change to be accepted by the members.

This is why, a leader or a manage tasked with the process needs to ensure the necessary considerations are being provided to the members, the plan has been properly established and is being executed by monitoring the change, its impact and bringing in smaller regular and more gradual changes in order to ensure the best possible outcome for the process.
