What relationships exist between changes in lifestyle and decline in cardiovascular disease in the United States and other industrialized nations?
Answer- Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of deaths in the world. This includes various disorders like cardiovascular system diseases.Ischemic heart disease, stroke and congestive heart failure are some common types of cardiovascular diseases. Heart disease is the number one cause of death in the United States. The main reason behind it is the lack of healthy lifestyle of people. Our healthy lifestyle decreases the risk of heart disease and stroke. Many good changes may lead to decline in cardiovascular diseases. People need to adopt healthy life style in order to reduce the ratio of cardiovascular diseases. In the United States and other industrialized nations, several awareness programs have been organized to reduce the risk factors of these diseases.
People should stop smoking and drug abuse to get rid off heart diseases. A healthy diet is necessary to fight with cardiovascular diseases but people are eating junk and oily food which gives birth to high cholestrol, high blood pressure, diabetes and over weight. Use of nutritious food will save us from all these disorders. Being physically active is also important. A person should go for a morning walk or exercise daily to be healthy or fit. Researchers have found that cardiovascular diseases occur mainly due to stress. It is very important for people to be happy and stress free. Yoga and meditation would be helpful into it. So, we can say that the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases can be reduced by adopting healthy lifestyle. There is a positive relationship between the good changes in lifestyle and decline in cardiovascular diseases.
