Lifestyle plays a important role in fight on cardiovascular disease. The most common disease occurs due to changes in lifestyle is cardiovascular system. Healthy lifestyle include eating balance diet and doing exercise everyday are the most impotant part to control the cardiovascular diseases. Increase in more fat intake, smoking, and lack of exercises are risk for developing the cardiovacular disease. So diet should be taken base on the daily recomemded calorie and more fruits and vegetable should be take. Minimum 30 minutes of exercises should be done by a normal person to keep the heart function well.
The lifestyle also plays a role for developing the cancer. The lifestyle factors includes alcohol intake, smoking, frequent expose to pollutant, obesity, frequent contact with chemicals and radiations are high chances of developing cancer to a person. If the lifestyle is controlled properly then there is less risk for development of cancer. If the cancer is cause due to non modifiable factors like heriditary then it is not able to prevent. But the modifiable factors can be change and prevent from the cancer. So all the people should practice to eat healthy diet, use of mask while exposing to pollutants, avoid frequrnt exposures to chemical and radiations to prevent from development of cancer.
The common treatment for the cancer are
1. Chemotherapy
Chemotherapy is the treatment given to the cancer patient by injecting chemotherapy medication to prevent multiplication of the cancer cell. But this cause many side effect like alopecia, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite,etc.
2. Radiation
It is done by using radiation and destroy the cancerous cell. In this the radiation is mostly target only on the part where the cancer cells are developed.
the side effects are almost same with chemotherapy.
3. Surgery
Surgery also can be done if the cancerous cell are benign and it is in early stage. If the cancerous cell become metastasis then it is not possible to perform surgery.
