There are following responsibilities that help in fostering a strong organizational culture, based upon values and ethics:

1. To contribute in problem solving activities that collectively help in achieving the organizational goals, besides fostering the team spirit in the organization. It sets an example for others to follow.

2. To be the volunteer of all positive initiatives taken up by the organization and spread the message among colleagues and employees so that a positive mindset among the employees is developed and these employees work as a team.

3. To spread the benefits of ethical and morally high conduct and its impact upon us as a society, as employees and as an organization in the short run as well as in the long run. It will motivate the employees to follow the ethical approach and help each other with respect.

4. To take initiatives to form informal groups and promote the culture of family get together, forum discussion and brainstorming sessions in the organization. It develops team ethos and help to strengthen the bonding among the employees.

5. To share the feedback with the management of the organization using the right platform and channels of communication to let management know what is good or what is to be changed.
