The role of leader in building an organizational culture in guest service is very important as leaders only guide a company in a path to be followed and what they inspire, reflected on the employees. For instance, A leader should himself stick to any laws and regulations which other Workers should take care of, a leader can set certain goals and support others in the process by creating a strong Organisational culture.
