Google is an organization which is highly success due to their high standards of HRM practices for establishing a great working culture and value in the organization environment. These high standards of culture and values results in better innovation, creativity and productivity at Google.
Google has created a high level of culture at Google’s work place, which is known as Google’s Café. This Google’s café is a work place where Google employee works. The place is in such a way that it looks like the playground for the people and equipped with high class of facilities like gym, pool, feel like café, and other required facilities for employee comfort. The place does not give a feel that it is a work office. The design of this place is in such a way that it gives the best comfort to the employees and creates a high level of comforts in the mind of employees. This is one of the biggest steps of Google in managing their workforce effectively. All this facilities helps high motivation in their employees.
Google work a lot in creating a right culture for the employees so that they feel stress less and contribute effectively so that the productivity can be optimized. The Google culture of believing people and helping with better facilities than others in the industry/market. Google has many people helping facilities like free food, free health management, gym, hair cutting, hair dressing, long maternity facility, subsidy for cars, death benefits etc. This social package attracts employees toward Google work force management culture.

Google working management is very effective and they do have right rules for employee work management. The Google managers do not believe in micro management.
