7 dimensions in organization culture are

1) Peopel oriented: In this type of culture there will be support, respect for individual rights In these type of culture people will enjoy to do work as they are happy to work in these sort of compamnies. In these type of culture studies say that people work more time period when compared to other companies. Due to its freindly environment.

2) team oriented : In these type of culture there will cooperation among employees and these people will work in teams and have regular session meeting of their project works to have better understanding among them.

3) Detail oriented: These culture will ahve evry detailed over view of anything where they store data in particular for rach and every detail of their work to maintain clear record for their work.

4) Innovative: These are innovative in nature where try to apperend new ideas and thoughts where there will be flexible adaption of their ideas and have expermentation in their work

5) Aggressive: These culture will have aggressive methods to dominate their competitors which leads to fall short of their socila resposnsibility due to their dominant nature to reach the top in the chart

6) outcome oriented : These companies most depend on the outcome profile of the product where people main and only motive is to bring profits to the organisation

7) Stable: These are effecient and follow certain rules and standards which are bureacratic in nature
