Business Continuity Strategy

Business Continuity means to maintain the continuous process of the Organisation without stopping it. Business Continuity strategy is the strategy to deal with the difficult situation, natural disasters, etc. With the help of Planning and preparation Business can maintain Continuity.

     In other words, we can say that the strategy helps to face and reduce the disturbance in the Business Activity. Sometimes we face unexpected changes in the market activity that lead to disturbing the business. For Example Today COVID-19 became the major issue for business continuity.

1. Human Resources

Human Resource is the center player of business success if the business has less capital and technique. The good quality of Labour and Staff help to resolve the business deficiency. The success of the every business does not depend on capital it depends on the quality of Staff and treatment with them.
