Explanation:

A leaders quality is that he never take credit for work that is not done by him and usually great leaders never happens to take credit for any work that has been accomplished by the team or team members instead they tend to take blame if anything wrong has happened by team or team members. As great member has quality that he never walks alone and take a bow before any of his team member has to do so. Great leaders tend to say "We" often than "Me or I". Leader believe that working and taking credit alone is never a good game as his follower will eventually leave him alone when not appreciated properly. Eventually the person who only highlight himself only will never get followers in first place. Great leaders think that organization need stamina and strength and that is being provided by the employees who are his followers and in order to win the trust of employees you have give them credit what they deserve.
