Leadership and planning are two totally different aspects. Where planning on management just give out the tasks, leaders and define them at work on them with the help of the team.

Some basic differences between the leadership and management and the respective changes are as follows.

Basic goals

Management is required to run an organisation in a structured way, where leadership help the organisation to achieve multiple goals which can be long term as well as the short term goals with the proper structured instructions.

Providing support

In a Healthcare organisation, planning provides a basic structural support to all the employees. Planning provides an idea of roles and goals of their jobs but does not describe how to achieve it.

Leadership works on the basis of planning and achieve the goal set by plant management, step by step. Leadership provide motivational as well as positive attitude of the employees.

Managing

Managing can be seen as the most essential part for an Healthcare organisation. Management is responsible for managing everything inside the organisation from the medications to the equipment and also the doctoral structure.

Leadership is needed to manage all these things efficiently in a specific time. Leadership provides the basic instruction on how to manage correctly and provide support to all the employees and their teams.

Improving efficiency

Both of the systems, planning as well as leadership are important for improving the efficiency of the organisation but management alone cannot do it. For a proper Improvement in efficiency leadership is very much required to correctly execute all the plant steps in the management.

Leadership cannot be written on paper but management can be done on papers hence leadership can be considered as an art which helps in controlling in management steps to improve the overall efficiency and so many different aspects of a Healthcare organisation.

Differences between management and leadership creates huge impact on the Healthcare planning. As management is needed to run the organisation correctly, leadership is needed to run the management on the right track. If an organisation is lacking a leadership then that would be a lot of lacking of productivity also. Without the correct management system leadership is waste. Hence we can say both of the leadership and management are dependent on each other.

If there would be no leadership in an organisation, specially in the Healthcare sector, they would be mismanagement in the organisation and the efficiency and work ability of the organisation will decrease drastically. Without a proper leadership there would be no source of motivation for the employees which would later result in a depressing work environment with a lot of mismanagement

Vision plays an important role in developing a new strategy for an organization. Without proper vision one cannot build any strategy for a purpose. Visualizing strategy is the most initial part of building and strategy and it also reflects the purpose of strategic planning. With the help of correct vision one can easily create an effective and more powerful strategy with a better productivity. If somebody does not have that vision then he would not be able to create a strategy which is needed for the organisation.

Vision also defines the type of strategy which is going to be formulated. And mostly the strategy is totally reflects the ideation of the strategy Baker. Thinking, environment, position of the strategy maker and his mental ability are some factors which affect its ability to create or formulate a strategy.

Corporate culture is very essential in defining and formulating a strategy for an organisation. According to the organisational culture, dependencies of strategies are changed. Corporate culture define the type of strategies which is needed for the organisation in the meantime. Different aspects of diversity as well as cultural and corporate needs of the organisation effects the formulation of an strategy. Decisions which affect the organisational equity and interferes in the organisations management are usually excluded from strategy formulation different people in the corporate culture also effects the formulation of the strategy and their effect is reflected on the strategies which are created.

Leadership is one of the main parts in creating a strategy.In other words leaders are the strategic creator for an organisation . Weather perfect leadership skill one can easily create and strategy which is more effective and productive for a specific organisation. Leadership skills are very much required to create each and every strategy, which is related to the betterment of the organisations and provide a very basic instruction support to build a strategy. Leadership define how the strategy is going to work and instruct the team accordingly to create and formulate a strategy which is more efficient. Without a proper leadership strategic formulation is not possible. Lacking leadership that strategy formulation would go into a wrong direction and formulated strategy would be inefficient and incomplete.

Thought process of the strategy creator is one of the main things which influence the strategy making. Whether the strategy maker is reasoning with mental models or criticizes the overall information, it influence the strategy formulation and reflect the thinking pattern of the strategy maker. In terms of a team building a strategy, final strategy would reflect an ideology of all the team members. Thought process can influence this strategy in a very intense way. Hence we can say that mental model is one of the main aspects in making or formulating a strategy.

The basic idea behind strategizing an organisation is to improve the overall efficiency and the management by providing a structured pathway to work. Buy strategizing in an organisation, one can easily structure its overall workability and can improve the efficiency and productivity of their organisation. Use of different strategies in different modes of business can lead your organisation to a better results in every field, from manufacturing to the final setting point .
