Leadership:
Leadership may be defined as an act of leading or influencing others. A positive leadership has the traits of inspiring others and thereby building a good relationship between them.
Follow-ship:
Follow-ship may be defined as an act of following or getting influenced by a person who is considered to be the leader. A good follow-ship has an obedience and loyalty towards their leader.

5. For examples: A captain in a football who has the authority to direct and set the plan to win the game. |
5. For example: The team mates in the football team apart from the captain who has to adhere to the action plans set by the captain. |

1. Leadership and Follow-ship works towards the same goal to be achieved. |

2. Any deviances in the task result or any mishaps between the team affects both the leader and the follower. |

3. If a leader finds a follower is not suitable for the team, the leader has the rights to remove or appeal to the top management to exclude the particular individual from the team and similarly if the followers determines the leader as incompetent, the followers has the right to appeal together for the change of leadership on reasonable conditions. |
