Afrocentrism is a concept that strives to learn the
African-American culture. Afrocentricity deals with African agency
and is a pan-African concept in history, philosophy, and
culture.
On the other hand, Eurocentrism is a routine of perceiving
matters with a European/Western-centered understanding. This term
rose during the era of decolonization in the late 20th century.
Unlike afrocentrism that is mainly viewed in the American contest,
eurocentrism was prevalently used on the international stage in the
19th century because of European colonialism and imperialism.
Hence, the core difference between the two concepts is that
they are held by different individuals who originate from distinct
cultures
The Western or Eurocentric style of leadership places emphasis
on the individualist ideology wherein leader focuses on his
interests more than his followers and enforces his decisions
whereas the African or afrocentric style is collectivist in nature,

system and doctrine of African culture that informs a leadership
