Enterprise leadership - The real meaning lies in the phrase that whole is bigger than part. Goals of the entity is more important than the goals or targets of individual member or teams or a group. Enterprise leadership encourages employees to work for the comany's goal, to observe things from a birds eye view and not what is in front of you.

On the other hand, peoples leadership means changing lives of people. Impacting lives of coworkers throguh various measures. People leadership is more focused on evolving and developing the people working for the company. Employees are on of the greatest resource for any company. Hence maintaining them, developing them is what it does and on the other hand enterprise leadership keeps company's objective as primary goal and not personal development,

Enterprise leader can be anyone. Any employee who keeps the goal of the company ahead of his own personal benefit, individual goals, team's goal, etc. Their role is to achieve task performance - Accomplishing individual goals and helping others to achieve it. Since these goals are inlines with companies goals. Use networking - Motivating others to complete their task, improve their contrbution and utilising it to enhance owns goal. The above two parameters are applicable for a team role as well.

All the strategic decision are aken by the senior management. They allign the structure keeping in mind the strategical goals, performance measurements and people management.
