Meaning It focuses on increasing employee motivation and involvement and also attempts to connect employees’ sense of belongingness with the organizational values. It promotes the integration of organizational goals and performance expectations by supervision and giving rewards and punishments.
Action It addresses the issue before they arise. It reacts to the problems when they arise.
