I would like to lead a company such as Apple Inc.

The leadership style i will adopt:

Democratic leadership style: This style involves the contribution of their subordinates in the process of decision making. I would like to adopt this style as i believe it is important for an organization to take opinion of others before taking any decision related to the organization.

My leadership traits would be:

• Self-assurance: It is important for a leader to be self-confident about his or her decisions and needs to be assured about the mistakes done would not repeat.
• Enthusiasm: Leaders are required to be expressive, active and energetic. Leaders should be open to changes brought to the organization.

Leadership characteristics i would like to adopt are as follows:

• Honesty and integrity: A leader should be honest and should have quality of unquestionably integrity. Integrity help leaders core values and beliefs.
• Good Communicator: A leader must be a good communicator as communicating in an effective manner is required to convey the expectations of the organization to others.

Greatest strengths:

• Teamwork: Leader should encourage others to work well in teams. Leaders lead the teams as they have ability to make effective teams.
• Listening skills: Leaders should be good listeners. It is very important to listen actively to the others and to get the opinions from others.

Greatest weaknesses:

• I am lacking emotional intelligence. Sometimes i overlook emotions of others working with me.
