Solution 3a: A leader is like the face of a team that is working towards solving a particular problem efficiently and there have been a number of leadership styles that he/she can adopt while leading their teams. But for a project manager who is managing a project, it is important for him to have a mixture of democratic as well as the affiliative style of leadership. This is because both styles ensure that the leader is actually the closest to the people and for the leader people come first.
