In Leadership role I have a total experience of 3 year as people manager. I am managing a team of 12 people who looks after the procurement services.
As far as I can see, I follow the transformational leadership style where I manage to transform many of the working way and practices which were not optimal. I analyze the services being made to the customer and make a work chart and then transform the services in best possible manner in consultation with my team member and it helps my organizational a lot in efficiency and precision. All these changes directly affected the revenue in positive manner.
I have groomed my subordinate as an efficient, independent employee who can take their own decision and manage to work at their own. My mentorship has made them independent.
