Williams, President/CEOSubject: Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget Salary FreezeThe Purpose of this memorandum is to notify all managers, supervisors and staff of the impact ofthe FY 2014-2015 mandated January 22, 2015.This memorandum is effectively immediatelyand is mandated to be distributed to all in the chain of command.As we are all aware our nation continues to recover from these challenging economic times andat this time the economy has greatly affected SAFE Shelter.In order to limit layoffs andincrease cash flow it is absolutely necessary to enforce salary reductions in the company at thistime.We are asking all employees to expect a 4% pay cut which will also include our executive staff.As we continue to monitor our current financial position please note your positions and dutieswill remain the same.Please note how much we appreciate your continued hard work anddedication to our clients, their children and the homeless community at large, we will beplanning to re-visit the option of restoring your former salaries in the near future.Questions concerning this memorandum
