Emotional Intelligence Definition:

Emotional intelligence refers to self identify and manage one person own emotions and also ability to control and manage the emotions of others. It was an important skill that will help every person personal as well as professional life.

Ø Empathy

Emotional intelligence is important for the any people whoever want to grow in their professional life .Every leader need to have Emotional intelligence to control and motivate their subordinates. It will help to understand the one person own emotions and his attitude .Once after identify the motions need to regulate the emotions which will be harmful for himself and others.

Within the organization, leaders should motivate the people to achieve the business Goals. Leaders should get along with the team and show their staffs how to work to reach the business goals. Nothing great will be achieved without respecting each other within the organisation.Leaders should show empathy towards their staff to taste the business success.

Attitudes can impact the individual positively or negatively based on their perceptions. Negative attitude people will always disturb other people and create negative energy within business environment. People feel discomfort while communicating with the negative attitude people. These negative attitude peoples are less productive and they are not efficient. These negative attitude people will destroy the business growth.

Emotional intelligence is an additional skill that will be helpful for the individual to perform better in their organization. If emotional intelligence test will be there then organizations can choose best employees with desired skill set for their business growth .If people has Poor emotional intelligence then this skill can be developed by individual itself by self awareness and self control.
