Emotional intelligence refers to the persons ability to manage or control his or her emotions
He also possess the ability to control the emotions of others as well
It is a very important skill in leadership
It Is made up of 5 main elements :
Self awareness : when one is aware of his or her strengths and weaknesses
Self regulation: holding ourself accountable in case if some mistakes and being calm in every situation
Motivation: one is motivated when he or she can do series of tasks in a better position
Empathy : when a person is able to think of a situation of another person it is called empathy
Social skills : it is the most important aspect. They are about communicating our point of view
