losartan angiotensin II receptor antagonist Olmesartan, Valsartan, telmisartan, eprosartan this drug blocks the angiotensin II to bind with angiotensin I which produce the production of aldosterone and vasoconstriction of a blood vessel leads to prevent vasoconstriction and reduce blood pressure. Diarrhea, muscle cramps, dizziness, headache, insomnia, tiredness - to reduce blood pressure/ hypertension

- check the blood pressure every day

- check the renal function test, liver function test

Educate regarding the lifestyle, exercise, cessation of smoking, low sodium diet

- Advice to take the drug along with the food.

omerprazole proton pump inhibitor pantoprazole, lansoprazole, rabeprazole, esomeprazole this medication act by making irreversible inhibition of proton pump that help for the production of gastric acid by the parietal cell. headache, diarrhea, stomach pain, itching, rashes in the skin

- Educate the patient to take the medication on an empty stomach

levothyroxine thyroid hormone synthroid, levoxyl, Levothroid this drug replace the thyroid hormone in the body. fast beating, sensitivity to heat, hunger, nervousness, restlessness - hypothyroidism

- Check the level of thyroid hormone in the body.

- educate the patient to take the medication on an empty stomach.

- Advice not to miss any dose.

clarithromycin macrolide antibiotic erythromycin, azithromycin, telithromycin inhibit the bacterial protein synthesis in the cell wall of the bacteria leads to impaired the cycle of peptidyl chain diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, ear ringing, heartburn, gas formation pneumonia, bronchitis, sinuses, skin infection, throat infection

- Assess the seriousness of the infection by performing the blood culture

- Advice to take the drug along with the food to reduce gastric ulcer

- educate not to miss any dose. If the dose is miss then inform the consulting doctor.

meloxicam NSAIDs ibuprofen, diclofenac, indomethacin, neproxen this drug inhibits prostaglandin production and reduces the pain bloating, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, nervousness
