*Do not use if patient have Glaucoma,severe anxiety,Tension Tourettes syndrome *It is a abusing type of drug so explain to physician if you had problems with this drug. *Do not use Ritalin along with MAOinhibitors (example :Linezolid). *Do not use if patient have psychological problems because it worsen the condition. *Do not use in cardiac patients. |
*It may cause agitated response from patient due to CNS stimulation so observe carefully for avoid issues. *Adverse effects during treatment affect the physical and mental status of person so ensure family support in that period. *Patients try to refuse treatment is common due to side effects so need to maintain peaceful therapeutic environment. |
Adults average dose is 20-40MG Daily before meals. Children (6 Years and over) 5MG Twice daily before meals. |
