Each and everyone have a different perspective in employment. the individual who is working want to get high salary as he is working day and night for the uplift of the organisation. the group of members who are working together want their work to be equally distributed among them selves because each and everyone are working with almost same salary. the organization want to uplift and be in a number one position at their perspective area.

By depending on all thse objectives the organization will prepare a curiculum before the employee recruitment. after conducting an interview they select the tpo priority candidates according to their will power. and then the organisation will ask a bond of some years. and also ask them the notice period. they say it before how hard work the individual has to perform. the persons who accept all these will be recruited. they will be assigned under a talented or experienced person until he is good at work. his salary will be increased according to his work at the company. he will also be promoted high. the work of employ is important for organization satisfaction. the organizational importance towards employ is important for person satisfaction.
