Job Satisfaction refers to the feeling of satisfaction that a person/employee experiences. Job satisfaction occurs due to several factors. Since it is positive in nature, it can add to a company's goodwill, the productivity of the employee and their outlook towards the company.
Organizational commitment is the connection that an employee of a company feels with its organization. It results in an increase in the company's goodwill. It makes the employee feel connected towards the organization and makes them more dedicated to the same.

A company or organization consists of its employees. These employees assume different roles and make the organization work in a systematic and efficient manner. With the job roles allocated to them, it is also important to note how effectively the job is performed. However, with the work allocated there are several issues that an employee may face. These issues are unable to fully reach the topmost level through the formal mechanism. Therefore, it is important to undertake employee attitude surveys. An employee attitude survey helps you assess an employee's attitude, his opinion towards the office environment and his outlook towards their superiors, etc. Such information is critical to the effective functioning of an organization.

Organizational justice talks about the perception of fairness in an organization. It is based on the perception of fairness by an employee rather than actual fairness in an organization. Fairness can be in procedures, interactions, and outcomes. When an employee perceives a fair procedure in an organization, he is more likely to follow the rules. With fairness in outcomes, an employee is more determined to work as he will be assured that there will be no biases in the workplace. Thus, for smooth functioning and lower employee turnover organizational justice is important.

Just like fitness is important for an organism to function properly, it is important for an organization to stay fit. Though the fitness of an organization may differ from that of an individual, it is important for an organization to keep an edge over its competitors in the market. It needs to play actively in each of its procedure and take care of the external environment to take advantage of any new opportunity. It needs to stay ready in action to take care of any obstruction that may arise. Regular assessment for the same is critical for the functioning of an organization.
