CAM [ complimentary & alternative Medicine ]― It is a broad group in medical field used for healthcare purposes in which variety of natural products are used so that , no chemical stimulation is given to body and it get heal by oneself with less side effects.

Complimentary medicine can be used with normal medicine taken like conventional ones, but alternative Medicine are taken in place of normal medicine.

EXAMPLE OF SOME MEDICAL PROBLEMS IN WHICH CAM IS USED ----------

​​​​​​1. As aroma therapy to get relief from pain and irritation.

2. Use to treat cancer patients by providing special dietary chart rather than giving chemotherapy and radiationtherapy.

3. For cessation of smoking habit hypnosis is used.

4. Meditation , exercise,yoga is recommended for diabetic patients.

5. For headache behavioral treatment is given.

6. In naturopathy ,ayurveda , herbal products, acupuncture is used.

7. Homeopathic treatment is used to enhance healing .

8. Used to treat mucoskeletal dysfunction.
