Competencies of enrolment management professionals are:

  • Knows about the structure of the organization: The person should be aware of the history, courses offered, working, and other relevant details about the organization. He should possess detailed knowledge about the field.
  • People's person: He should be a people's person and should be aware of the latest trends in the market. He should be having contacts that can be leveraged upon when needed.
  • Can read the attitude of a candidate: The person should be extremely good at reading the nature, attitude, and behavior of the people. These skills are important during the time of enrolment of the right candidates.
  • Has relevant skills: The person should have relevant skills like prioritising the work, can give training to the students, and indulge in discussion of every topic about the organization and the market.

For enrolments in the future, the above-mentioned qualities will always be required in a manager for choosing the right candidates for the organization. With the increase in competition among organizations and the students, the managers will have to come up with different ways for getting the attention of the right candidature and indulge in more detailed tasks to scrutinize the nest students for the organizations.
