Public Opinion. Answer the following questions about the public relations campaigns you read about in the third and fourth e-Activities. Attitudes are based on a number of characteristics. Elaborate on how public relations can take advantage of one of these characteristics to shape public opinion. Describe and explain at least one example of how this characteristic was a focus of the selected public relations campaign. One goal of public relations is to manage public opinion on a particular topic. For the public relations campaign you selected, analyze the methods used to shape public opinion. Justify why you think these methods were either successful or unsuccessful.

The contact between the company and its clients is an important part of a public relations strategy, which helps to achieve success. During a program for public relations, a variety of tasks are employed. This aims at certain groups of citizens who interact with the organization's services. Different features that influence a person's attitude should be used to succeed.

Attitudes are defined by how the individual is handled in exchange for his good behaviour, the achievement he has attained after making tremendous efforts, the impression that the person has of society, as different people do it differently as they perceive the past. The personality is passive rather than violent when it has witnessed solemnity. Therefore, these characteristics should be considered when contact with consumers through a public relations campaign such as ads.

Like, the adevertising managers will integrates the advantages of the product into the ads that can help the person change his attitude when it comes to a sports equipment. Since Sports illuminate every body's spirit, it tells the targeted customers that this equipment can be used for the sport, which enhances its understanding of stuff. It should be good because what they sell is rational, but can also be overused and exaggeration must in any case be avoided.
