1. Knowledge : Knowledge is something which we have and using that information our goals can be acheived , our desired and required things can be acheived , gives benefits and producing somethings which we want.
Knowledge Management : Knowledge Management is nothing but generating and transfroming all the information into enduring the value for organizations clients and its people. sharing , managing , creating all the information which you have to acheive the organizational goals and profits.
-> The knowledge management provides the people and technology to help the knowledge flow to the right people at right time so that they can act more effectively and creatively.
-> knowledge management helps the people to be more creative and innovative.
2) To Improve the Quality of knowledge management in organizations,
-> Know the problems : Knowledge management cannot be applied simply in all the situations, for this you need to find and know where the problem is and the only you will be knowing thw way to solve it using your knowledge.
-> create a space to share the knowledge : you need to create a platform where you must share the knowledge within the organization. a userfriendly and flexible system is must for this purpose. If the knowledge is shared then the management will become effective.
-> increase audience : Its not enough to craete a platform to share the knowledge , you must involve every one in the organization to participate in this
-> realize that you will never be finished : Knowledge in the organization will never be finished. Its not a one time affair and you must keep on updating and mainatained constantly. If you realize it then the management will become more effective till long time.
By concentrating on all these points , an organization can improve its knowledge management which is the key to success.
