Identify a leader that you emulate. Describe their position, their accomplishments and the qualities they exhibit that you emulate them for. Approximately 2 paragraphs.

I emulate a leader who is operation leader in my organization. He is not as famous in the corporate world as our company is not so big but he has a charismatic personality and he is a dynamic leader as well.

Position: He leads the operation function of the company and approx. 120 people, directly and indirectly, reports to him. He needs to manage all these operation tasks on a global platform.

Accomplishment: There are many accomplishments he has under his name, he has grown a team of 10 people to 120 people within 6 month time span, he is leading our global team of 100+ people and established a support center, He has also taken over so much project since the time he has joined the organization.

Qualities. He has a charismatic personality and he is a transformational leader. He also believes in participative leadership and he takes care of his subordinates well. He provides an open platform to discuss things and then he decides the course of action.

Problem solver, ready to help attitude helped team very much.
