Training is done to enhance technical and characteristics skill of the subject to make him perform better in the future work.

Training also include certain cost which is bear by the organization or the subject.

Assessment is a crucial part of training as it measure the effectiveness of the training. It judge if training is fruitful for the subject and organization should continue the training in future.

Assessment should included in ongoing training program by-

1. Keeping a periodic assessment like in the every one weak.
2. Creating an interactive assessment knowledge sharing or quiz context.
3. Other process like on job deployment for couple of weeks during training process.
